James doesn’t just work in disability services - he lives and breathes it.
His journey started long before job titles and business development strategies, shaped by his own lived experience.
Spending his primary school years in special needs units and only learning to read and write at 13, James understands firsthand what it means to be supported - and what it means to be underestimated.
Fast forward twenty years, and James has become one of the most respected voices in the sector.
From hands-on support roles to leadership and business development, he’s built his career around one simple belief: every person deserves support that respects their individuality, dignity, and potential.
Known for his innovative thinking and refusal to accept “that’s just how it’s always been done,” James is often the go-to person when things get complex.
Whether it’s navigating behaviours, housing challenges, or building better systems, he brings creativity, ethics, and heart to everything he does.
Above all, James is driven by purpose.
He’s not here to maintain the status quo - he’s here to challenge it, improve it, and help create a world where people with disability can live independently, safely, and on their own terms.
