At T & K Support Services, our team is made up of people who genuinely care - and sometimes, that passion starts long before a career even begins. Mackenzie Conroy, a proud Ballan local, brings a natural compassion, positive energy, and a strong drive to make a difference every single day.

A Natural Calling to Care

For as long as she can remember, helping others has come naturally.

“I have always been drawn to a career in care services,” Mackenzie shares. “Growing up, helping people just felt like the right thing to do.”

That caring nature has carried through into her role at T & K, where she’s found a place to turn that passion into meaningful, real-world impact.

Joining T & K wasn’t just about the role - it was about the people.

“From the moment I joined, I could tell that everyone genuinely wants to see others succeed,” she says.

“The staff are welcoming, kind, and always encouraging, and that positivity extends to participants too.”

Starting at T & K just one year after finishing high school, Mackenzie has quickly found her feet in a busy and dynamic environment.

“I like to hit the ground running whenever something needs to be done - I thrive when things are busy.”

Her goal is to ensure both participants and staff have the best experience possible -helping services run smoothly while offering a friendly and supportive presence whenever it’s needed.

Whether it’s a big achievement or a small step forward, being part of someone’s journey is what makes the role so rewarding.

Life Outside of Work

Outside of T & K, life is all about staying active, exploring, and connecting with others.

She enjoys:

• Exercising and spending time outdoors

• Walking her dog and finding new tracks and swimming spots

• Catching up with friends and trying new places

• Babysitting for local families, which she says “really fills my cup”

Weekends are often spent out and about - discovering new places or simply enjoying time with friends.
