At T & K Support Services, inclusion isn’t just something we talk about - it’s something we do. And nothing captures that spirit quite like our All-Abilities Disco.

From the moment the music starts and the lights come on, the room fills with energy, excitement and a whole lot of joy.

The All-Abilities Disco is a safe, welcoming and judgement‑free space where everyone is encouraged to be exactly who they are - dancing, laughing, singing, or simply soaking up the atmosphere.

More Than a Disco

While the disco is packed with fun, it’s also about connection. For many participants, it’s a chance to:

• Build confidence and independence

• Socialise with friends old and new

• Express themselves through music and movement

• Feel a genuine sense of belonging in the community

There’s no pressure to dance a certain way, no expectations, and no barriers - just good vibes and great company.

A Space Designed for Everyone

The All-Abilities Disco is thoughtfully set up to ensure participants feel comfortable and supported. Our team is always on hand to help where needed, while still encouraging choice and autonomy. Whether someone wants to dance non‑stop, sit and chat, or take breaks throughout the day, it’s all welcomed and respected.

Music is carefully chosen to suit a wide range of tastes, and requests are always encouraged - because everyone deserves to hear their favourite song come on.

The All Abilities Disco runs on the last Friday of every month

 and is held at 173 Albert Street, Sebastopol.
