This Thursday night, our team will be heading to the Federation University Australia Commerce Ballarat Business Excellence Awards 2026, where the winners will be announced. ✨
And we are incredibly proud to be finalists in the Gawk Outdoor Innovation Award! 🙌
We make absolutely no apologies for the posts you’re going to see this week about this award, our journey, our team and, most importantly, the incredible community we are so proud to stand alongside.
T & K has never been about doing things the way they’ve always been done. We’ve challenged systems, backed people others have labelled “too complex”, created spaces built on connection and belonging, and continued to prove that Identity comes before diagnosis, labels, risk and history.
So this week, we’re going to celebrate it.
We’re going to celebrate where we started, how far we’ve come, the people who have trusted us to walk beside them, and the team who bring our values to life every single day.
Whatever happens Thursday night, being recognised for innovation feels pretty bloody special - because doing things differently has always been the point. 💫
