Disability Support Workers Wanted! 

Are you a dedicated and compassionate Disability Support Worker looking for an opportunity to make a real difference in people’s lives?

We’re currently seeking experienced Support Workers in Ballarat and surrounds for an immediate start. Enjoy casual AM, PM, and overnight shifts, with the potential to transition to permanent for the right person.

What We’re Looking For: 

Experience in disability support or a related field Mental Health and AOD training (highly desirable)

Compassionate, professional, and participant-focused approach

 Reliable and flexible across various shifts

 NDIS Worker Screening Check 

Current First Aid & CPR 

Valid Driver’s Licence with comprehensive vehicle insurance
