Meet Nicole Lee : Bringing Creativity, Connection and Community to T & K Support Services

At T & K Support Services, the heart of what we do is connection - creating spaces where people feel valued, supported, and part of something meaningful. Nicole plays an important role in helping make that happen through her work in communications and community engagement.

Nicole is passionate about sharing the stories, achievements, and everyday moments that make the T & K community so special.

As our very own Content and communications creator - through social media, team features, and internal communications, she helps highlight the people and purpose behind the organisation.

Creating Spaces for Everyone to Belong

One of Nicole’s most loved roles is facilitating the All-Abilities Disco, an inclusive event that brings people together for a day of music, dancing, and fun. The disco provides a welcoming space where people of all abilities can express themselves, build friendships, and simply enjoy being part of a vibrant community.

Nicole’s love of music, dancing, and singing shines through at these events - something that comes naturally to her as an ex-professional dancer.

Her energy and enthusiasm help create an atmosphere that is fun, inclusive, and full of life.

Always Ready to Lend a Hand

Alongside her communications work, Nicole also assists the rostering team, helping ensure the right support is in place for participants. She’s also someone who is always happy to step in and help on the frontline.

Whenever needed, Nicole enjoys jumping in as a support worker, spending time directly with participants and being part of their day-to-day experiences.

“I really love making people smile and creating good memories,” she says.

Creativity at the Core

Outside of her work at T & K, Nicole is also a qualified beautician and someone who truly embraces creativity. She has a strong love for music, dancing, singing, and art - and her passion for art runs so deep that she has quite literally added it to her body through tattoos.

Nicole believes self-expression is important and encourages people to embrace what makes them unique.

“People should be free to express themselves,” she says.

Family at the Heart

Nicole is a proud mum of two children and three fur babies (a French bulldog and 2 staffies), and family plays a big role in shaping her values and perspective. Her love for people, community, and connection is something she carries into both her personal and professional life.

Nicole also shares that she truly enjoys being part of the T & K team.

“I love working for T & K Support Services. Everyone is so welcoming, accepting and supportive and the team is awesome,” she says.

Whether she’s sharing stories, organising events, helping behind the scenes, or supporting participants directly, Nicole’s goal is simple: to create moments that bring people joy and leave lasting memories.
